In the title hydrazone derivative, C(15)H(13)ClN(2)O(2), the dihedral angle between the benzene rings is 2.36 (2)°. An intramolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bond is present. In the crystal, N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into chains running parallel to the b axis.
