Complete Genomic Sequence of a Novel Reassortant H4N2 Avian Influenza Virus Isolated from Domestic Ducks in Jiangsu, China

Here, we report the complete genomic sequence of a novel reassortant H4N2 influenza virus isolated from domestic ducks in the Jiangsu province of China in 2011.
