Telomerase Contributes to Fludarabine Resistance in Primary Human Leukemic Lymphocytes

We report that Imetelstat, a telomerase inhibitor that binds to the RNA component of telomerase (hTR), can sensitize primary CLL lymphocytes to fludarabine in vitro.
