The contribution of pseudouridine to stabilities and structure of RNAs
Thermodynamic data are reported revealing that pseudouridine (Ψ) can stabilize RNA duplexes when replacing U and forming Ψ-A, Ψ-G, Ψ-U and Ψ-C pairs.
