In the title compound, [Cu(C(4)H(12)P(2)S(2))(2)]BF(4), both diphosphine di­sulfide mol­ecules bind to the Cu(I) atom, as chelating ligands via the S atoms, forming a monovalent cation with a slightly distorted tetra­hedral coordination around the Cu(I) atom.
