Silencing of CA1 mRNA in tumour cells does not change the gene expression of the extracellular matrix proteins

description | We report the silencing of CA1 mRNA in PC3 and MDA cells. The morphology of the cells during the treatments remained the same. On the Western blots, the lysate from the silenced cells showed lower levels of CA I as well. |
