Inhibitory Evaluation of Sulfonamide Chalcones on β-Secretase and Acylcholinesterase

The action of β-secretase (BACE1) is strongly correlated with the onset of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Aminochalcone derivatives were examined for their ability to inhibit BACE1.
