Different trends in causes of death in patients with diabetes between Japan and the USA
The proportion of total deaths due to vascular disease among people with diabetes has declined over the past three decades in both Japan and the USA, whereas other causes of deaths showed different trends between Japan and the USA.[Image: see text]
