Stereo- and Regioselective Synthesis of 4-Vinylpyrrolidine from N-Tethered Alkyne-Alkenol

[Image: see text] Indium(III) chloride can be efficiently used for the synthesis of 4-vinylpyrrolidine from N-tethered alkyne-alkenol in good yields. The reaction is highly stereo- and regioselective.
