Not surprisingly, a recent survey from Bayt.com found that 79% of professionals in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region would actually prefer to work for companies that offer a remote working option. Offering employees the opportunity to work remotely can actually work to the advantage of the organization. According to Gartner, “by 2020, organizations that support a ‘choose-your-own-work-style’ culture will boost employee retention rates by more than 10%.”
