Removal Mechanism of Oxide Layer on the Surface of Sn-0.4Ti Alloy for Quartz Glass Sealing
The oxide layer on the surface of Sn-0.4Ti alloy and its removal mechanism were investigated by coalitional analyses, using XPS and TEM technologies.
