Chemically driven superstructural ordering leading to giant unit cells in unconventional clathrates Cs(8)Zn(18)Sb(28) and Cs(8)Cd(18)Sb(28)
The unconventional clathrates, Cs(8)Zn(18)Sb(28) and Cs(8)Cd(18)Sb(28), were synthesized and reinvestigated.
