Sumario:The digital transformation with its complexity and diversity presents lecturers with major challenges in developing an education concept for this. In addition, blended learning study models pose further challenges with regard to the didactic and organizational implementation of such education concepts. The aim of this paper is to present a concept that implements the digital transformation both in terms of content and didactics based on problem-based learning, gamification and virtual group work. In group work, students deal with the content of diverse complex concepts of digital transformation and they are also prepared to be able to master new and complex tasks of digital transformation. The necessary design requirements are also briefly outlined and the underlying design cycle is briefly described.
