Low-Temperature Cu/SiO(2) Hybrid Bonding with Low Contact Resistance Using (111)-Oriented Cu Surfaces
We adopted (111)-oriented Cu with high surface diffusivity to achieve low-temperature and low-pressure Cu/SiO(2) hybrid bonding.
