Therapeutic Drug Monitoring of Anti-Thymocyte Globulin in Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplantation: Proof of Concept

Anti-thymocyte globulin (ATG), a polyclonal antibody, is used in allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) to prevent graft-vs.-host-disease (GvHD) and graft failure (GF).
