Effects of Vine Tea Extract on Meat Quality, Gut Microbiota and Metabolome of Wenchang Broiler

SIMPLE SUMMARY: The current work was to assess the effect of vine tea (Ampelopsis grossedentata) extract (AGE) addition on the meat quality, gut microbiota and metabolome of Wenchang broilers.
