Readout of non irradiated and irradiated strip detectors with fast analogue electronic

Silicon strip detectors with 50 micron readout pitch were connected to fast analogue electronic (SCT 32A). Fast neutrons were used to irradiate detectors to two different fluences. Signal, noise and charge collection efficiency values were compared to the values before irradiation.
